1. Eligibility for Refund
You may request a refund if:

The item was damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.

2. Return Period
Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving your order

After 7 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange

3. Refund Process

We will arrange for pickup or request you to ship the item back

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the refund status

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
Refunds for COD orders will be processed via bank transfer or store credit

We will request your bank account details for the transfer

6. Shipping Costs
If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), shipping will be fully refunded

If the return is due to change of mind, the original shipping cost is non-refundable, and return shipping may be deducted from your refund

7. Exchanges
If you'd prefer an exchange instead of a refund, please let us know during your return request. Exchanges are subject to item availability.
